Instant Energy

Maybe we all know that a good diet and lifestyle are surefire ways to keep our energy levels in tip top shape. But what about the crash after the junk food binge brought on by your latest breakup? OK so your lack of energy might not be as dramatic as all that, but according to a poll taken by Stanford University Research 37% of people are so sleepy it gets in the way of daily activity.

So here are 3 ways to combat the lazies and get those feel good hormones pumping:

#1 MUSIC

I think this is one of the most obvious ways to get up to beat. Whether its Beethoven or Britney you'll wake up and be able to more readily focus on whatever your doing.

#2 LAUGH

Yea, i know it sometimes feels silly to stop whatever your doing and go to your favorites on youtube, but it actually does help give you a little boost of energy.



#3 AROMATHERAPY

Peppermint can actually be an excellent waker upper. "Researcher at West Virginia's Wheeling Jesuit University Found that sniffing peppermint immediately improves both athletes' running speed and office workers' typing speed. Its scent acts as a mood enhancer that boost you motivation and concentration."

I hope you guys found this interesting, and i highly recommend either one. We all could use a little extra umph.
